DURATION OF SHIPMENT:
We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you.
Generally, we, inside United States, deliver our product within 48 to 72 (depends on courier) working hours except overseas products which are shipped from abroad. Products are shipped from abroad can take maximum 7-15 working days.
It is to be noted that, shipping schedules mentioned above, just estimate only, which cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delay in the shipment. Delivery might be delayed due to national/public holidays/official holiday(s), or force major events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, war, riots, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning and explosions, energy blackouts, lockouts, slowdowns, strikes, etc. or for any other unexpected/ non-willful/ unpredicted reason/situation/ circumstance.
RETURN
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have to return the product within 7 working days from the receipt of the product. We’ll send you a replacement of the same item as soon as possible. In this case you have to open the package in front of the delivery man or you have to give a proof that the product is delivered damaged or defective by recording a video while opening the box.
ORDER CANCELLATION

• If you have selected the method ‘Cash on Delivery (COD)’, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
• In case of your payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective account after your order has been canceled. Your entire order amount will be refunded deducting the banking charge if there is any.
DURATION OF REFUND
Generally we refund the payment within 7 working days from the date of your order cancellation. In case of our incapacity to deliver the ordered product due to unavailability/ stock out, we will soon convey you the information and refund the payment at your desired method (Bank Transfer or Mobile Banking).
PROMOTIONS
We may occasionally offer promotions. Terms of promotion may be different from case to case which will be narrated at every promotional offer. RETURN POLICY
• If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on pharmatrack.store app or website. Return request must be raised within 7 days for pharmatrack.store items.
• For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in pharmatrack.store packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.
NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process. While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the pharmatrack.store Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
NOTE: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

REFUND POLICY
Issuance of Refunds
• The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
• The refund period / process starts when Pharma Track Global has processed your refund according to your refund type.
• The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.
Refund Types
Pharma Track Global will process your refund according to the following refund types
• 1. Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
• 2. Refunds from cancelled orders – Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
• 3. Refunds from failed deliveries – Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.
Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
