MODE OF PAYMENTS:

Pharma Track Global offers the following method in payment of product price and delivery charge:

  • Debit/Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Mobile Banking (CashApp, Zelle, Venmo etc.)

DURATION OF SHIPMENT:

We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you.

Generally, we, inside United States, deliver our product within 48 to 72 (depends on courier) working hours except overseas products which are shipped from abroad. Products shipped from abroad can take maximum 7-15 working days.

It is to be noted that, shipping schedules mentioned above are just estimates only, which cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delay in the shipment. Delivery might be delayed due to national/public holidays/official holiday(s), or force major events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, war, riots, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning and explosions, energy blackouts, lockouts, slowdowns, strikes, etc. or for any other unexpected/ non-willful/ unpredicted reason/situation/ circumstance.

RETURN

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have to return the product within 7 working days from the receipt of the product. We’ll send you a replacement of the same item as soon as possible. In this case, you have to open the package in front of the delivery man or provide proof that the product is delivered damaged or defective by recording a video while opening the box.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • If you have selected the method 'Cash on Delivery (COD)', there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.
  • In case of your payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective account after your order has been canceled. Your entire order amount will be refunded deducting the banking charge if there is any.

DURATION OF REFUND

Generally, we refund the payment within 7 working days from the date of your order cancellation. In case of our incapacity to deliver the ordered product due to unavailability/ stock out, we will soon convey you the information and refund the payment at your desired method (Bank Transfer or Mobile Banking).

PROMOTIONS

We may occasionally offer promotions. Terms of promotion may be different from case to case which will be narrated at every promotional offer. Promotions cannot be treated as 'Combined' as every promotion is different from another promotion. You are required to provide your payment details when you sign up for a promotion. At the end of the promotion, your purchase will automatically set at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our site. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our site, whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening, or editing any materials or content on our site, or refusing to process an order.

We will do our best to meet the delivery times stated, but we cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, such as carriers or customs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 7-day returns policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
